Sad news today that the influential British designer Alexander McQueen has been found dead at his home aged 40.

It is reported that McQueen, who won British Designer of the year four times, was grieving over the death of his mother who recently.

Police are not treating his death as suspicious, although reports he committed suicide have not yet been confirmed.
